C6-51 Dust Extraction Centrifugal Blower

1. Application: The C6-31 and C6-51 centrifugal blowers are special equipment for exhaust and supply of gases containing dust, wood chips, and fine fibers, etc. They can also be used for other ventilation purposes if the performance is suitable. However, their maximum operating temperature is 200°C.

2. Structural Features

1) Wide range of efficient operating conditions. A total of 21 specifications, including C6-31№6-12D and C6-51№7-20D. Due to high coefficients and dense arrangement, it's easy to select the efficient zone, and the performance range is expanded twice compared to the original old products.

2) Near-radius, backward vanes, good stability, motor less prone to overload, improved blade dust accumulation, high pressure coefficient, low speed, low noise, reduced shock, and good wear resistance.

3) Utilizing a new-style oil-tight bearing housing with overlapping oil rings and semi-open aluminum oil seals. The outer pressure plate has a stuffing box, and a ventilation cover is installed to reduce the slight positive pressure inside the bearing housing, ensuring no oil leakage. Depending on the application, either dry oil or thin oil lubrication can be used; natural cooling or water cooling methods are also available. Excellent dust resistance.

4) Articulated Axial Adjustment Gate. Each guide vane pivot point of the adjustment gate features a joint bearing, ensuring smooth and effortless adjustment with no "dead" points during operation, which guarantees flexibility, safety, and reliability, preventing overloading of the actuating mechanism.

5) The fan is a fully assembled unit. The housing, drive assembly, coupling cover, and motor are all fully assembled as one unit, eliminating the need for separate assembly during on-site installation.

6) This fan is directly driven by an electric motor, offering a more compact structure than belt drive. It improves the even transmission of torque by the motor, reduces vibration, and prevents the phenomenon of belt dust shedding.

7) The fan is fully equipped with regulating doors, coupling covers, reverse flanges for intake and exhaust air outlets, and a complete set of machine base bolts. As required, it also includes actuating mechanisms, vibration dampers, and mufflers, etc.

8) Comprehensive parameters provided. Main component weight, static and dynamic loads, rotor flywheel torque, regulating door resistance moment, and dimensions, etc... The installation design can be made with the instruction manual of this series of fans.

9) The fan is easy to install and maintain. The unit features a complete base and a split housing for easy disassembly. The rotor can be lifted out vertically, and the impeller can be assembled or disassembled axially. It is particularly suitable for installation on floor slabs or overpasses.
