详情描述
Push-back racks are an evolution from pallet racks, also known as last-in-first-out (LIFO) racks or drive-in racks. They utilize a combination of tracks and trolleys, with the tracks having a slight slope (around 3°). The weight of the goods is used to keep the pallets stored at one end, allowing for a first-in-last-out system. Suitable for storing large quantities of goods with a limited variety, they offer high space utilization and flexible access. The overall depth of the racks should not exceed six pallets, otherwise, the space sacrifice due to the interlocking trolleys will be significant. The weight of a single pallet is typically 1500kg or less, and the rack height is usually below 6 meters.
These systems require high manufacturing accuracy for shelves, with the fit between the trolley and the guide rail being particularly crucial. Inadequate manufacturing and installation precision can lead to poor operation of the shelving system. Such shelves are more expensive and are highly suitable for cold storage or areas with limited space but an urgent need to increase storage area. They have been widely used domestically. Only certain-scale shelving manufacturers produce such shelves in China.
