Equipment Installation Requirements and Precautions
Section One: The installation diagram of the production process is as shown below.
Installation Precautions
1. Factory facilities and height requirements
2. Equipment installation must follow the installation diagrams and requirements detailed in the manual.
3. An electric or manual hoist should be installed above the equipment for maintenance purposes.
4. The selection of pump flow and pressure should match the flow and pressure of the filter.
The gas storage tank outlet should be equipped with a check valve to prevent water from flowing back into the tank.
6. During installation, the window should face the operator for easy observation.
7. The pressure relief valve and flow meter should be installed near the filter for pressure adjustment.
During the installation of a cone-bottom filter, the support legs should be elevated by 600mm to facilitate渣 removal.
When lifting equipment, hooks should be evenly attached to the lifting sleeve, and it is strictly prohibited to hang from the top lifting ring on the lifting cover to prevent equipment deformation.
10. When transporting or storing equipment, it is strictly prohibited to lay it flat or upside down. Before installation, it should be placed in a warehouse or sealed with plastic film.
III. Operational Precautions (Refer to installation diagram)
1. Pre-treatment before filtration must be thorough.
Maintain an initial pressure difference of 0.03 MPa or less.
3. Manage work pressure carefully, increasing it gradually; avoid rapid spikes. The cone-bottom filter operates at a pressure of 0.25 MPa; the round-bottom filter operates at a pressure of 0.45 MPa. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter must not exceed 0.2 MPa.
4. The reverse air pressure should be controlled between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa, and the slag discharge valve must be opened during reverse blowing.
5. When reverse air blowing is not ideal, consider using a gas-liquid mixed blowing, but be sure to open the vent valve.
6. Chemical regeneration should be used appropriately.
Upon initial use or after recycling, the vent valve should be opened to expel air until the overflow, then closed.
