Rapid roller shutters, also known as rapid soft curtain doors, refer to doors that operate at a speed exceeding 0.6 meters per second. They are fast-rise and -falling barrier doors without obstacles, primarily used for quick isolation to ensure dust-free air quality in workshops. They offer multiple functions including thermal insulation, cold preservation, pest prevention, wind and dust resistance, sound insulation, fire prevention, odor prevention, and daylighting. Widely used in various industries such as food, chemicals, textiles, electronics, supermarkets, refrigeration, logistics, and storage, they meet high-performance logistics and clean environments with great efficiency, save energy, and feature high-speed automatic closure to enhance operational efficiency and create an optimal working environment.
Rapid roll-up doors are accessible partition doors that rise and lower quickly, primarily serving functions such as heat preservation, humidity control, dust and pest prevention, and sound insulation, maintaining a stable and clean working environment in workshops. They are suitable for industries including food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, rubber, chemicals, automotive, textiles, and logistics.
Quick roll-up door positioning comes in two methods: mechanical positioning. This method is similar to that of steel roller shutters, with the advantage of fast speed and low requirement for the controller.
Rotary Encoder Positioning: The elevators we often ride are equipped with rotary encoders for positioning. The benefit of this method is its accuracy. For instance, with an encoder resolution of 1024, a 3-meter-high door is divided into nearly 9,000 points, theoretically achieving a precision of 0.3mm, and the height setting is straightforward.
