The application scope of rapid roller doors is continually expanding, yet the range of usage is not increasing accordingly. Rapid roller doors are easy to operate. So, what should be done if the curtain is damaged or partially damaged during use? How should the issue be handled? The segmented curtain of the rapid stacking door is connected by aluminum alloy profiles at the center. The curtain passes through the holes in the aluminum alloy profiles, making replacement relatively easy; the curtain of the quick-fold door is a single unit, with the center windbreak rod wrapped in the center of the curtain fabric. Therefore, to replace the stacking door curtain, the entire curtain needs to be replaced, and the replacement method is also quite simple:

1. Release the latch on the wind prevention rod at the bottom of the stacker door, then remove the binding straps of the stacker door.

2. The curtain is secured to the shaft tube with self-tapping screws. Loosen the clamp, retract the screws, and the curtain is considered to be removed. This way, the old curtain is dismantled. After removing the old curtain, install the new one in the same manner, and it's done. However, it's important to note that when installing the new curtain, make sure the tie-down strap of the stacked door goes through each windshield pull ring.

The upper and lower straps must be securely fastened, with no signs of detachment or breakage, to prevent any impact on the operation of the stacking door.
