Lubrication Principle:
Oil mist lubrication utilizes high-speed airflow generated by compressed air to atomize liquid lubricating oil into tiny oil particles through an oil mist distributor, forming a mixture of air and oil particles known as oil mist. This mist is then transported through pipelines to the lubricated parts, where it is condensed into larger oil particles through a condensation nozzle. These larger particles enter the friction pair, dispersing across various components to form an oil film, which serves as the lubrication. Additionally, the oil mist creates a positive pressure within the bearing housing, effectively preventing external contaminants from entering.
2. Product Features:
Oil mist can disperse to all parts of the frictional components, providing a good and even lubricating effect.
2) Compressed air has a low specific heat, high flow rate, and is easy to carry away friction heat, thus reducing the operating temperature of the frictional components.
3) Suitable for high-speed bearings, it enhances the maximum rotational speed and extends the bearing's lifespan.
4) Lowest fuel consumption, with friction pairs always kept fresh and adequately lubricated.
5) Compact in size, with low power consumption and high levels of automation control, the equipment can trigger low liquid level, low pressure, and low oil pressure alarms, enhancing reliability.
6) Oil mist exerts a certain pressure, which can serve as a sealing function within the bearing cavity.
Scope of Application:
Oil mist lubrication is suitable for enclosed gears, chains, slides, guides, and various high-speed, heavy-duty rolling bearings. Currently, oil mist lubrication is widely used in rolling mill equipment and metallurgical machinery, such as aluminum foil rolling mills, strip rolling mills, rotary kilns, ball mills, petroleum machinery, papermaking machinery, fiber machinery, chain conveyors, vibrators, blowers, beneficiation machines, crushers, and high-speed spinning machines.
