Colloid Mill MX-400C Series Pipeline-Type Colloid Mill/Milling Pump (Single Stage, Double Stage, Triple Stage)

Operation Principle: Axial feeding, vertical discharge with strong conveying capability, general conveying height ranges from 3 to 6 meters. Of course, the conveying height can be increased according to actual working conditions, enabling enhanced operation on production lines.
Product Features
The shearing method differs from that of an emulsifying pump. An emulsifying pump is driven by a set or three sets of gear-type rotating stators, which shear and grind through the inner and outer circles. A colloid mill, on the other hand, features a set of disk-type rotating stators that achieve high-speed shearing, grinding, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying through concave-convex flat surfaces and inner and outer circles.
Adjustable end face gap distance of the grinding disk according to the material fineness requirement, with a tunable range of 0.01-3mm. The smaller the gap, the higher the fineness of the ground material, and conversely, the lower the output volume. The colloid mill is especially designed for uniform mixing of fine particles or difficult high-shear particles with liquids, effectively solving the issue of high material fineness. When the material passes through the concave-convex end face gap at 0.05mm as the grinding disk rotates at high speed, the maximum fineness of the material can reach 0.5um.
