Medium-thick plate leveling line

Performance and Features:
This production line is an upgraded model for the mid-thickness steel coil leveling line. Steel mills continuously introduce steel coil products with greater thickness and wider widths. To meet the leveling requirements, our company has specially designed and manufactured this series. We also adjust the design plans according to customer requirements at any time.
The press draw section is constructed of type steel and steel plates, forming a four-column frame structure that spans over the uncoiler and is connected to the initial straightening and feeding machine; equipped with a powerful shovel head, hydraulic mobile straight blade, press draw rubber roller, large-scale leveling, and shearing equipment. It is used for leveling and cutting larger thickness metal coils. With the addition of a double-head trimming machine and edge wire winding machine, high-quality four-sided trimmed sheets can be obtained.
