Flatting Machine

This machine tool is a dedicated roller-type metal sheet leveling equipment, typically composed of power, main unit, and electrical control sections.

Employing the multi-roll working principle, the material undergoes repeated deformation between the upper and lower leveling rolls to relieve stress and achieve flattening. External to the upper and lower roller rows, rigid support rolls (wheels) are set up to form a four-roll assembly structure. Flattening through this machine significantly improves the material's flatness, enhancing the quality of the workpiece. It can operate independently for leveling single sheets of material; or it can be configured with uncoiling, drawing material, shearing, stacking, and interlocking mechanisms before and after the machine, respectively, to form a complete production line through the control system. This line is used for leveling and cutting metal coils.
