1. Debugging and Operation
Once the hydraulic plate bending machine is installed and aligned, it should be lubricated with oil to ensure full lubrication.
(2) Inspect the fastening bolts at the junctions for looseness, and tighten them promptly if necessary.
(3) Clean the fuel tank and inspect the filter; check for any issues.
(4) Inspect electrical components and address any issues promptly. If no issues are found, connect the power supply and start the motor. Check if the oil pump is rotating in the correct direction. If it is, allow it to run idly for about three minutes.
(5) All electrical and hydraulic components should be inspected for proper operation.
2. Maintenance and Upkeep
(1) The fuel tank level must be checked weekly to ensure it's not too low and to determine if hydraulic oil needs to be replenished.
(2) The system oil temperature should be maintained between 35°C and 60°C; excessive heat can damage the components.
(3) Hydraulic components must be cleaned monthly to prevent contamination from entering.
Ensure that all tube bends are inspected for any deformation or anomalies; if found, they should be replaced immediately.
