Currently, blending machines are typically welded to a base, allowing for easy placement directly on the ground without the need for installation. Main maintenance and care measures include:
1. Regular oiling is required for all lubrication points. For drip-oil lubrication, add engine oil at least twice per shift. For pressure-oil lubrication, inject grease once every twenty days. For oil bath lubrication, change the oil every three months.
2. Wall panel shaft sealing should be adjusted or replaced appropriately based on the wear and usage conditions.
Regularly inspect steam pipes and all joints, leakage is strictly prohibited.
4. Machines should be inspected and overhauled after six months of operation, checking for and repairing or replacing any worn-out parts as necessary.
5. After the kneading machine is installed, clean, degrease, and wipe with rust-proof oil. Check all lubrication points and inject lubricating oil (grease).
6. Check the tension of the drive belt before starting the vehicle, and adjust the bolt to position the motor appropriately.
