Composite material additives
Overview:
This product is a specialized additive for resin-based composite materials, particularly suitable for pultrusion and molding processes. It has good compatibility with the matrix resin, serving as a lubricant and separator during the process, reducing mold wear and enhancing the appearance properties of the finished product. It also improves the resin's wettability for fibers, fillers, and other materials, thereby enhancing the physical properties of the product. It does not affect the subsequent processing of the product, such as painting, bonding, electroplating, etc.
Composition:Special high polymer organic ester compound (silicon-free)
Usage Instructions:
Addition amounts for laboratory evaluation based on the system to achieve the desired effect. For instance, initially, an addition of 2% of the resin used can be applied, and the addition amount may be increased depending on the properties of the fillers and reinforcing materials in the system.
Packaging and Storage Transportation:
200KG iron or plastic drums, 25KG plastic drums packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Shelf life: One year.
