One: Regarding imports, due to the requirements of the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, when importing fruits, you are required to provide cold treatment records for the goods.
For export-related matters, we have compiled some common questions about daily usage of shipping containers for your reference:
Ensure proper loading of goods. Do not overfill the container, as the load height should not exceed the red load line. Otherwise, it may affect the cold air circulation inside the freezer, leading to inefficient air circulation and a decrease in the insulation effect of the refrigerator, potentially rendering it ineffective.
When loading cargo into a refrigerated container, it is necessary to position the goods at the edge of the T-shaped floor. This ensures even air circulation throughout the container. If the cargo does not fill the T-shaped floor completely, it is recommended to stuff the empty spaces with packing material or padding. This method can also be used to fill the gaps on the intermediate deck between pallets. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that the air inside the refrigerated container circulates around the goods as you desire, rather than bypassing the entire cargo.
The cargo's internal temperature should match the set temperature to prevent damage that may be caused by overheated shipments.
Do not turn on the freezer equipment while opening the box door. If the freezer is refrigerated with the door open, it is easy for moisture in the air to condense on the condenser coils, which can lead to severe frost buildup on the coils, causing the freezer to fail to cool properly.
4. Should you deliver the boxes to the factory for loading, please ensure the quality of the electrical outlets and the stability of the voltage to prevent any damage to the relevant parts of the container caused by unstable voltage or non-standard outlets.
5. Goods must be pre-cooled before shipping and then loaded into containers to achieve optimal temperature levels. This will minimize the impact of external temperatures on the products during transit, thereby extending the shelf life of the goods.
6. The packaged goods must be moisture-resistant.
