The term "one-way valve leak detector" may sound unfamiliar, but it is actually an instrument that utilizes the principle of negative pressure detection to test the waterproofing of product casings.
The One-Way Valve Leak Detection Instrument is composed of main components such as a sealed tank, control system, stainless steel housing, and a touch screen. It detects leaks in products by subjecting them to vacuum treatment and observing the leakage during the depressurization process.
Specific operation steps for the one-way valve leak detection instrument:
Connect the single-way valve leak detection instrument to the power, water, and gas sources, filling the sealed tank with approximately 2/3 water, not exceeding the sample tray.
2. Place the sample in the center of the tray.
3. Set the test water depth to 1-8 meters, the testing time and pressure relief time are determined based on the actual conditions of the sample, and can be set from 1 to 999 seconds.
During the trial, the unidirectional valve leakage detector first performs a vacuum treatment on the space containing the test sample. Once the rated value is reached, the tray sinks into the water and begins to depressurize, while simultaneously observing for any leakage in the sample and recording the leakage points.
Upon completion of the test, it will automatically stop and trigger an alarm, while the tray rises to retrieve the sample.
6. The one-way valve leak detector processes samples by vacuum extraction. If there are leak points, the internal and external pressures of the sample are consistent. Leaks will appear during the pressure relief process. This testing method is suitable for small samples and applicable to various laboratories.
The One-Way Valve Leak Detection Tester, commonly referred to as a Waterproof Tester, can establish detection standards for the leak-proof performance of one-way valves based on the actual application scenarios of the product.
