The Difference Between Baghouse Dust Collectors and Pulverized Baghouse Collectors:

The external shape of the molded plate features a wave-like design reminiscent of an accordion box. When laid flat, it equates to a threefold increase in surface area. The internal structure of the wave filter is divided into 17 cavities, a design that, in addition to considering the strength of the components, is primarily driven by aerodynamics to ensure efficiency during pulse jet backwashing for dust removal. The dust collector assembled with this technology occupies only 1/2 to 1/3 of the space required by a bag-type dust collector with the same filtering area. The overall structure is also reduced accordingly, offering space-saving features and creating conditions for user-friendly factory design and cost reduction of the total equipment investment.

Design Focus: Dust Removal for Sintered Plate Collector

Due to the wave-shaped sintered plate's dust capture through its PTFE-coated surface, the smooth surface makes it difficult for dust to penetrate or linger. Even if some extremely fine dust particles manage to enter the gaps, they are promptly blown away by the set pulse compressed air flow. Therefore, clogging does not occur within the filter plate matrix. After a very short period, the pressure drop of the filter element stabilizes and remains constant. This indicates that the resistance loss of a specific powder under specific temperature conditions is solely related to the filter airflow velocity and does not increase over time. Consequently, the treated air volume of the dust collector does not change over time, ensuring consistent air intake and dust removal efficiency.

Hydrophobic Properties of the Plastic Fume Collector

Due to the fully hydrophobic material and coating of the filter blades, an intriguing phenomenon can be observed when water is sprinkled on them: water droplets gather into streams and flow down. In contrast, the fiber fabric filter bags, due to their hygroscopic nature, form water films and adhere to dust particles, causing an overall increase in resistance. This is no longer the case in the ceramic foam filter dust collectors. This is particularly beneficial for dealing with smoke and dust containing condensate, as well as highly hygroscopic dust such as ammonium phosphate, calcium chloride, soda ash, and mirabilite, among others, achieving excellent operational results.

The rigid structure of the sintered plate eliminates the lifespan issue caused by the wear of the fiber fabric filter bags' frames. Another important aspect of its long lifespan is the extended time of trouble-free operation of the filter plates, which do not require frequent maintenance. The excellent dedusting properties maintain a stable resistance, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of the sintered plate dust collector. In fact, the lifespan of the sintered plate dust collector, which was introduced 87 years ago, has not yet required a filter change. Even if a filter plate is damaged due to an accidental factor, it can be bonded with a special adhesive and continued to be used without any adverse effects from the small bonding seam. It inherently possesses stiffness and toughness, requiring no internal frame support, and boasts superior pressure, corrosion, abrasion, and air impact resistance compared to fabric bags. As a result, its lifespan is typically over 10 years.

The Working Principle of the Plastic Fume Collector

The dust collector employs pulse online cleaning, eliminating the need for shutdown. While the dust collector is in operation, its cleaning control operates based on a mix of time and pressure differential methods, with the control automatically handled by the PLC system, ensuring the dust collection system remains in optimal running condition. During the dust discharge, a comprehensive control method is utilized, with a high material level sensor installed on the ash collection bin. An alarm is displayed on the control panel when the dust in the bin reaches the high material level.

Shaped sinter (shaped sinter) is a key component of the shaped sinter deduster, performing the tasks of gas-solid and liquid-solid separation within the deduster.
