1. Designed according to customer specifications, this equipment features a maximum welding area of 1.8m x 1.5m. The upper cold mold and hot mold are bolted to the equipment's movable panel, while the lower cold mold utilizes a roller structure. The side employs an pneumatic positioning mechanism, allowing for automatic positioning and removal of workpieces. Electrical and pneumatic connections both utilize quick connectors for ease, speed, and time savings. Mold change mode: manual mold change. The upper cold and hot molds use an integrated modular structure for easy assembly and disassembly; the lower cold mold's fixed fixture is adjustable.
 
3. Equipment Structure: The entire unit features a frame structure, with an outer cover equipped with a hinged door frame for easy mold replacement and equipment maintenance.
