It was formerly known as Wuxi Jingu Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., specializing in the research and development of ultrasonic welding machines and large-scale hot plate welding equipment. In 2007, it collaborated with the 726 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Group to develop ultrasonic metal welding equipment. After years of experience accumulation, it has achieved significant technical achievements. The technical scope of the ultrasonic welding machines ranges from 120 kHz to 150 kHz, with 20 kHz ultrasonic metal welding machines capable of over 4000 watts. In recent years, there have been major breakthroughs in the application of ultrasonic welding and plastic welding technologies in various industries such as automotive, electronics, and solar energy. The developed equipment, including automotive soundproofing mat welding machines, front hood assembly welding machines, dashboard welding machines, and solar thermal collector panel welding machines, are leading specialized welding equipment in the industry. Particularly, the solar thermal collector welding equipment has reached advanced levels of output power stability both domestically and internationally.
