Feature Description:

The advantages of the petal-shaped observatory dome are that it not only changes the traditional function of the observatory dome, which is to observe a single celestial body, but also adds the functionality of projecting a dome sky show.

When the petal dome opens, the telescope can observe the actual cosmic sky through the opening of the skylight.

2. After the petal dome is closed, a simulated starry sky show can be projected inside using the built-in digital planetarium.


II. Technical Requirements

The dome is driven horizontally by a chain and gear mechanism, consisting of a 12 o'clock roller and a 6 o'clock stopper wheel. The sphere can rotate freely in 360 degrees.

2. The main body is constructed with a double-layered steel frame structure, the outer layer being assembled from triangular-shaped components with uniform tensile and compressive forces, ensuring the overall structure's strength and rigidity.

3. The dome features a three-lobed flower petal opening structure, with each lobe containing two sets of lifting and lowering transmission devices. The entire dome is equipped with a total of six window transmission systems. When all three lobes are fully opened, the observation opening is observed.

The diameter requirement is 3-4 meters, capable of fully satisfying observation of the entire celestial sphere. 1. Fill the gap between the outer and inner walls with high-quality, environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton, distributed evenly for optimal audio performance. The materials are durable and long-lasting, with dust covers that offer excellent light-blocking properties.

2. The inner sunshade cover is made of micro-perforated aluminum panel with a thickness of 0.8mm. High-quality, high-specular reflective coating is applied to the micro-perforated aluminum panel, ensuring a reflectivity of over 85%. The clogging rate of the micro-perforations must not exceed 10%.

High-gloss reflective paint is applied using a special high-temperature process, ensuring it does not peel off.

3. Sky Screen Panel: The mask is a micro-perforated aluminum plate that meets the optical and acoustic requirements for dome cinema film projection. The diameter of the holes is designed to comply with acoustic specifications, and the distribution of the holes is arranged to fulfill the requirements of the cinema acoustic field.
