Product Overview:

The LHJ vertical circulation agitator, also known as the float筒 submerged agitator, is a new-generation mixing equipment designed for deep circular or square pools requiring gentle, even mixing without damaging the floc structure or floc aggregates of active sludge. Based on the summary of existing domestic and international wastewater mixing equipment, the product structure and performance have been innovated. Notably, on the basis of the propeller agitator, a creative modification from horizontal to vertical circulation structure has been made, which enhances its overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, and applicability. It boasts long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, cost-effectiveness, and low operation costs.

Operating Principle:

The LHJ vertical circulating stirrer utilizes a large-displacement, propeller-type impeller and paddle as the main hydraulic components. In operation, the submersible motor drives the propeller and paddle, creating a certain flow velocity and field, forming a circular mainstream belt at the bottom and around the pool. Due to the high velocity of the mainstream belt, it generates a turbulent region around it, prompting the entire water body to form an upward and downward circulation. This achieves a large-area three-dimensional stirring effect, keeping the sludge in the pool in a stirring and suspended state, achieving uniform and gentle stirring, and improving the treatment effect.

LHJ type buoyant submersible mixers are divided into three mixing series: high, medium, and low, depending on the application.

Medium to high-speed mixers have higher rotational speeds, a smaller service range, but gentler mixing. They are suitable for anaerobic or aerobic treatment in wastewater processing.

Low-speed propeller mixers feature low speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, and even mixing. They are suitable for use in regulating tanks of various wastewater treatment projects and can also be applied in anaerobic or aerobic treatment processes.

The water flow utilizes a vertical large circulation scheme, suitable for deeper circular or square ponds, thoroughly agitating sludge, with a radiation area up to 100-800 square meters.

The mixer is powered by a submersible motor, which operates submerged in the liquid, providing excellent cooling conditions, a wide range of applicable depths, and no noise or secondary pollution.

The main seal of the diving motor consists of two independent mechanical seals, with the frictional material being corrosion and wear-resistant alloy and silicon carbide. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.

The motor windings are F-grade insulated, with an IP68 protection rating, featuring leak detection and winding overheating protection functions, ensuring safer and more reliable product use.

Multiple installation options available. Floating installation allows for easy relocation of the work position, offering convenience and flexibility; it can be centrally automated or operated individually for easy management.
