Product Overview:
The LHJ vertical circulating mixer, also known as a float筒 submerged mixer, is a new-generation mixing equipment designed for deep circular or square tanks with high pool depths that require gentle and uniform mixing without damaging the floc structure of active sludge or the microbial aggregates. Based on the summary of existing domestic and international wastewater mixing equipment, the product structure and performance have been innovated, particularly by creatively changing the horizontal structure of the propeller mixer to a vertical circulating structure. This modification significantly enhances its overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, and applicability. It boasts long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, cost-effective investment, and low operating costs.
Operating Principle:
The LHJ type vertical circulating mixer employs a large-displacement, propeller-style impeller and paddle as the main hydraulic components. During operation, the submerged motor drives the propeller and paddle to work, generating a certain flow rate and flow field, creating a circular mainstream belt at the bottom and around the pool. Due to the high velocity of the mainstream belt, a turbulent region is formed around it, prompting the entire water body to form an up-and-down movement, achieving a large-area three-dimensional circulation stirring. This keeps the sludge in the pool in a stirring and suspended state, achieving uniform and gentle stirring, thereby enhancing the treatment effect.
LHJ Type Buoyant Submerged Impeller Mixers, available in three mixing series: High, Medium, and Low, catering to different application scenarios.
Medium to high-speed mixing series have higher rotational speeds, a smaller service range, but more gentle mixing. Suitable for anaerobic or aerobic treatment in wastewater treatment.
Low-speed push mix series features low speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, and even mixing. It is suitable for use in regulating ponds of various sewage treatment projects and can also be used for anaerobic or aerobic treatment.
Product Features:
Large turbulence area, wide-acting region, gentle and uniform mixing, without damaging the flocculent structure of the activated sludge or the bacterial flocs.
2. The water flow employs a vertical large circulation scheme, suitable for deeper circular or square pools. It thoroughly stirs sludge and covers a radiation area of 100 to 800 square meters.
The mixer is powered by a submersible motor, which operates submerged in the liquid. It not only offers excellent cooling conditions and a wide range of applicable depths, but also avoids noise and other secondary pollution.
4. The main seal of the diving motor consists of two independent mechanical seals, with the friction surfaces made of corrosion and wear-resistant alloys and silicon carbide. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
The motor windings are F-class insulated with an IP68 protection rating, featuring protection functions such as leakage detection and winding overheat, ensuring safer and more reliable product usage.
Multiple installation options available. Floating installation allows for easy relocation of the work position, offering convenience and flexibility; it can be centrally automated or operated individually, with easy management.
