Construction and working process :
The JBJ type paddle mixer is composed of a motor, reducer, frame, mixing shaft, paddle blades, coupling, underwater support, etc. It can be categorized based on the sealing method: Type A: equipped with mechanical sealing, Type B: without sealing, Type C: other sealing methods, suitable for different sealing requirements.
The drive unit employs a standard motor or an explosion-proof motor, a harmonic drive reducer, and the main shaft of the drive unit is connected to the stirrer shaft via a coupling. The stirrer shaft is supported by bearings, featuring sufficient strength and high stability.
The mixer blades are designed with a 45-degree bent blade for optimal axial, radial, and tangential分流, ensuring rapid and thorough mixing of materials with water, meeting process requirements.
EstablishPre-shipment, installation, and commissioning precautions:
During storage and transportation, the long shaft should be as upright as possible; if it must be placed horizontally, prevent it from being crushed or deformed.

3. Installation Method:
1) Prior to installation, verify that the basic dimensions of the equipment to be installed meet the installation requirements. 2) After securing the reducer bracket to the connecting base plate, place it horizontally on the corresponding position of the pre-buried construction components.
Check and adjust the connection plane of the alignment bracket to the reducer for levelness.
3) Connect the mixer shaft to the reducer base.
4) For propeller mixers with underwater pedestals: After securely fastening the underwater pedestal to the connecting base, place it horizontally on the corresponding position of the prefabricated concrete components at the bottom of the pool. Check and adjust the pedestal's plane to ensure it is level, with the center position aligned with the center of the reducer's pedestal's centroid.
5) For propeller mixers with underwater supports: Connect the mixer shaft to the underwater support, manually rotate the inner half coupling of the reducer support, at which point, the shaft should rotate smoothly, and the underwater support should show no significant displacement.
6) For mixers with underwater supports: First, spot-weld the underwater support to the base plate and the pre-buried base plate. Then, spot-weld the reducer support to the base plate and the pre-buried base plate.
7) Rotate the half coupling of the hand-cranked reducer bracket. At this point, the shaft should rotate smoothly. If there is a sticking sensation, resecure it until it operates properly. Weld the bottom plate of the reducer bracket to the foundation embedment plate. For mixers with underwater brackets, proceed to weld and secure the bottom plate of the underwater bracket to the foundation embedment plate.
8) Install paddle blades and drive components (reducer, motor).
9) Tighten the bolts and nuts on the half coupling appropriately
Adjustment method:
1) Prior to tuning, oil the reducer as per its specifications.
2) Inspect the insulation level of the driving motor; the insulation resistance to ground must not be less than 5MΩ.
3) Connect the motor to the control system according to the specified motor connection method. Refer to the electrical control schematic and user manual for the control system wiring.
4) Prior to the official operation of the mixer after installation, a trial run is mandatory. During the trial run, the mixer should operate smoothly in an idle state before gradually increasing the load. The equipment should run without any abnormal vibration during the trial run.
