I. Application Scope
GSJ/QSJThe Curved-Surface Mixer Series is a newly developed product in our company. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical, energy, and light industry, where solid-liquid-gas exchange of liquids is required. It is particularly suitable for mixing and blending in wastewater treatment processes, including coagulation ponds, regulating ponds, anaerobic ponds, aeration ponds, nitrification and denitrification ponds, as well as various abrasive and high-temperature media.
II. Structural Overview
Twin-surface mixers can be categorized based on their installation methods.GSJModel(Dry)AndQSJTwo types available (submersible).
GSJThe twin-spherical impeller mixer consists of a reducer motor, vibration-damping base, agitator shaft, twin-spherical impeller, electrical control box, and bridge (user-provided optional).QSJThe twin-surface agitator is composed of a frame, hoisting steel rope, main unit, twin-surface impeller, and electrical control box, etc.
As shown in the following diagram:

Section 3: Transportation and Storage
1During transportation, the agitator shaft and impeller must not be subjected to pressure or collision. They should be loaded and unloaded using lifting equipment, and the impeller surface should be protected from scratching.
2Avoid high temperatures and high-temperature environments during long-term storage. The agitator shaft should be suspended vertically, and the impeller should be placed on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
IV. Installation
GSJSeries installation steps
1The bridge should be leveled, and the half-bridge uprights should be vertical. The anchor bolts and connection points should be sturdy and reliable.
2Place the shock absorber bracket flat in the specified location on the bridge, level it, and then connect and secure it to the bridge.
3The decelerating motor is mounted on the vibration-damping seat and securely connected.
4Connect and secure the impeller with the stirrer shaft flange using bolts.
5Place the impeller and stirrer shaft into the pool, connect and secure the stirrer shaft to the reducer output shaft. In the presence of water, first connect the shaft and impeller, then immerse them in water, and finally connect the shaft to the reducer.
6After installation, the agitator shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation should be less than1/1000。
7After installation, remove the motor end cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the mixer rotates smoothly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than3/1000。
8After powering on, observe the rotation direction of the stirrer shaft by pulsing it. The correct rotation direction, viewed from top to bottom, is counterclockwise. If not, swap it at will.2Root power wiring location.
9Electrical equipment installation must be conducted in accordance with national regulations and safety procedures.
QSJSeries installation steps
1On shore, observe the impeller's rotation direction for a short period. The correct rotation from top to bottom is counterclockwise. If not, swap as needed.2Root power wire location.
2Separate and secure the motor cable from the hoist rope; never tie the cable wire together. Prevent the rope and cable from winding into the impeller.
3Hoist the double-curved surface with a crane and gently lower it into the designated position in the pool, ensuring not to hit the pool walls.
4Secure one end of the fixed rope to the shore, and connect the cable to the control cabinet.

V. Operation
After equipment installation, a trial operation must be conducted. Prior to the trial run, it is necessary to inject approximately the volume of the pool into the pond.70%Do not operate the equipment without water; failure to do so may cause the agitator shaft to bend due to uneven force distribution. After the trial operation, please check:
1Are there any abnormal noises or temperature rise in the decelerating motor?
2Is the motor current within the rated value range (short-term overcurrent during startup is normal)?
3Agitator shaft swing condition.
4Is there any debris in the pond?
In any of the aforementioned scenarios, if an abnormality occurs, the cause must be identified and corrected before use.
Six: Maintenance and Care
1New equipment starts operation.20Change the reducer lubricant within 0-300 hours and clean the internal oil residue. Thereafter, replacement can be done once every six to twelve months; for the usage and maintenance of the reducer motor, please refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
2. Regularly inspect the tightening nuts of the agitator shaft and all connecting bolts for looseness.
3. Regularly inspect the agitator shaft for movement, and promptly remove any entanglements from the impeller and shaft.
4. Regularly inspect for any abnormal sounds or temperature rise in the transfer components.
5. Regularly inspect for any abnormal changes in current.
6. Prior to restarting the equipment after an extended period of non-operation, inspect the motor's insulation and prevent the accumulation of sediment for prolonged periods to avoid difficulty in starting, which may damage the motor and impeller.
7. Please keep a record of the above checks, and contact our company if any abnormalities occur.
