Enhanced graphite gaskets are made by bonding a metal punch plate with a flexible graphite (granular) plate, and then they are cut or sheared into shape.

Excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, good pressure resilience and high strength, able to be cut and shaped into various seal shapes; suitable for sealing surfaces with less precision. Low pre-tension, does not adhere to the sealing plane. The toothed plate reinforced high-strength graphite gasket is an improvement over pure cut gaskets, with metal strips covering the inner and outer diameters, commonly using edge materials as304Or316Stainless Steel. Maintains the excellent properties of the original gasket, easy to install and remove, durable, and also prevents erosion of the gasket by the medium, enhancing pressure resistance, and boasts excellent corrosion resistance./Low temperature, good compression resilience, and high strength.
