This unit is a graphite-reinforced gasket, a major equipment in the composite board production line. It involves rolling a graphite plate onto both sides of the metal sheet after double-sided perforation, without the need for any adhesive, and is formed through rolling and bonding. Its basic structure consists of a pair of rolls with identical parameters but opposite directions. The lower roll is fixed on a horizontal line and powered by an electric motor, reducer, and coupling. The upper roll's end supports are mounted within vertical rectangular guides, allowing for vertical movement using a handwheel and screw mechanism to adjust the spacing between the rolls. Both ends of the rolls are equipped with a pair of identical gears for meshing: to achieve reverse rotation with the same speed. A flexible graphite plate, a perforated metal sheet, and another flexible graphite are gently pushed into the gap between the rolls from the guide platform of the perforating side. After rolling and shaping, the composite board automatically falls onto the finished product worktable.
