This machine is a specialized non-standard equipment for the winding sealant gasket production process, implementing winding technology. It uses a certain structural parameter to shape metal strips and non-metallic filler strips alternately between the chip and the slot-shaped clamping roller, continuously rolling and forming. Airing elements and electromagnetic elements are employed to effectively control radial and tangential forces, ensuring constant and controllable production process parameters. Metal and non-metallic long strips are synchronized through a guide wheel system for automatic feeding to achieve the winding process automation, eliminating the impact of manual operation and ensuring stable product quality. Paired with a special controller for winding gaskets, it allows for presetting the gasket width dimensions and automatic decay of steel strip tension, automatically controlling the外形 dimensions of the winding gasket, achieving automatic rolling welding for the gasket welding (with larger bore diameter); automatic breakage, automatic demolding, increasing production efficiency several times. It can also be used for gaskets with an inner ring.
