Performance & Applications

1. Used for removing float colors from dyeing fabrics for active and dispersible dyes, it can be processed at low temperatures to avoid staining the white areas of the fabric. Typically used at a concentration of 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.

2. Can wipe away oil stains from finished products, especially effective for removing oil spots from silk finished goods.

3. Used as a dispersant in dye baths for dispersible dyes, such as for dyeing and reduction, with a recommended dosage of 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.

4. Pre-dyeing treatment for acrylic fiber, washing oil stains, processing temperature 50°C, JFC penetrant dosage 0.8-1g/L.

5. For acrylic wool blended fabric high-pressure ~ bath dyeing process, the general dosage is about 0.5%.

6. Surfactant JFC has optimal cleaning power at 40°C; when used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the weight of the emulsified oil.

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging.

Store and transport in accordance with general chemical storage and shipping regulations. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
