Nanjing Dadi Water Jet Co., Ltd., established in 1996, is a pioneer in China's ultra-high-pressure water jet application technology. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and technical services of ultra-high-pressure water jet technology applications. The company has established the National "Mechanical Industry Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jet Cutting Engineering Laboratory," the "Jiangsu Province Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jet Engineering and Technology Research Center," and the "Nanjing City Corporate Technology Center"; as well as the "Jiangsu Province Graduate Student Workstation," the "Jiangsu Province Postdoctoral Practice Base," and the "Jiangsu Province Specialized, Fine, and New Enterprise."

Our main product, the "Ultra-High Pressure CNC Universal Water Jet Cutting Machine," also known as the "water jet," represents a new cold cutting technology and manufacturing equipment. It is a high-tech product that integrates many technologies, including electromechanical integration, ultra-high pressure, water jet technology, CNC automation, automatic detection and compensation, computer-aided design and manufacturing, and robotic applications. Its unique cold cutting process and fine processing quality have been increasingly adopted by more and more industries due to the rapid expansion of the demand for new manufacturing and the application of new materials.

With nearly three decades of experience and accumulation in research, development, and production, and the insights gained from over 10,000 users, we are committed to the application and promotion of ultra-high-pressure water jet technology. We continuously refine our R&D and innovation mechanisms, introducing new technologies. We hold over a hundred patents related to ultra-high-pressure water cutting and cleaning. We have authored the Chinese industry and national standards for "Ultra-High-Pressure Water Cutting Machines" and "Robot Ultra-High-Pressure Water Cutting Machines." We have created numerous domestic firsts and filled gaps in the market, including "Water Jet for Destroying and Recycling Expired Ammunition," "Robot Water Jet," "Four-Axis and Five-Axis Water Joints," "TBM Shield Excavation Auxiliary Rock Breaking System," "Six-Axis Five-Linkage Large Aircraft Component Processing Center," "Large Modular Water Joints," "Ultra-High-Pressure Cleaning Machines," "High-Pressure Sand Blasting Machines for Castings," and "De-Gumming Machines for Airports." DaTi Products not only cover the entire nation but also are exported to over sixty countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Poland, the Middle East, India, Vietnam, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and more, with service centers in Europe and South America. To date, 12,000 waterjet products are used in a wide range of fields such as power and new energy, petrochemicals, high-speed rail, automotive, medical, textiles, food, chemicals, printing, packaging, construction machinery, ship repair and construction, electronics, transportation, architecture, and decoration; as well as in various materials including metals, carbon fiber, glass fiber, synthetic fibers, leather, plastics, fabrics, paper, glass, ceramics, and stone.

Furthermore, the company is currently applying ultra-high-pressure water jet technology to food sterilization and preservation, biopharmaceuticals, medical hygiene, large aircraft manufacturing, excavation of engineering tunnels, and the construction and repair of roads, bridges, and consistently innovating new applications for "water jets."

Company Development Timeline:

•1996: Developed the first ultra-high-pressure water jet cutting product in our country, which was confirmed as a national-level key project of industry, academia, and research by the National Commission of Economic and Trade.

•1999: Products began mass export.

•In 2001, co-authored China's first waterjet cutting product standard, JB/T 10351-2002, with Hefei General Research Institute.

•In 2002, developed the first waste ammunition water-jet cutting system in our country.

•Established in 2002, we boast a comprehensive after-sales service system, offering clients full technical consultation, training, and prompt on-site support.

•2003: Developed the first robotic water jet in our country, used for space cutting.

•2004: Possesses a 30,000M2 research and production base, with an annual production capacity of 800 water jet cutting machines.

•Established in 2005, featuring a hyper-high-pressure engineering center with a pressure rating of 1100MPa, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of high-pressure components. •Established in 2008, with agency offices in Europe and the United States, we boast a broad customer base worldwide.

•2010: Passed the acceptance of the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Project.

•2015: Undertook the National 863 Program's Large Aircraft Composite Skin Water Jet Cutting Project

•The "TBM Shield Excavator Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jet Cutting Auxiliary Rock Breaking System" was put into use in the tunnel of the China Railway Group in 2019.

•In 2021, awarded certificates of new product and technology assessment for "TBM Shield Machine Ultra-High Pressure Water Jet Cutting Auxiliary Rock Breaking System" and "Large Aircraft Structural Component Dual-Z Axis Dual-Five-Axis Water Jet Cutting Processing Center."

•In 2022, Dadi Water Jet was recognized as a Specialized, Fine, and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The same year, the company's product, "TBM Shield Tunneling Machine Ultra-High Pressure Water Jet Auxiliary Rock Breaking System," was identified as the first (set) major equipment product in Jiangsu Province.
