The 6000A Intelligent Magnetic Particle Tester employs direct current electromagnetic magnetization for circumferential magnetization and coil-added magnetic field method for longitudinal magnetization, achieving a one-time composite magnetization for comprehensive inspection of various surface and near-surface cracks and minute defects on workpieces. The AC magnetization current features phase control during power interruption, suitable for both continuous and residual magnetism testing methods.
Considering that a longer workpiece can affect the magnetization effect during equipment operation, the coil is set as a movable coil. The movable coil is mounted on a guide rail and is driven by a motor to move along the rail. When magnetization is applied, the position of the coil can be changed to different locations.
