The Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Detector is an integrated mechanical and electrical unit (enclosed darkroom structure), primarily used for wet magnetic particle inspection of the outer surface, end faces, and near-surface cracks or defects in workpiece components from any direction. The equipment consists of several major parts, including an electrical control system (with a touch screen), power system, auxiliary operating system, spray magnetization system, magnetic suspension liquid circulation system, fluorescence observation system, and degaussing system.
