Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine is an integrated mechanical and electrical unit (enclosed darkroom design), primarily used for checking the outer surfaces, end faces, and near-surface cracks of workpiece parts in any direction using the wet magnetic particle method. The equipment consists of several major parts, including an electrical control system (with a touch screen), power supply system, auxiliary operating system, spray magnetization system, magnetic suspension circulation system, fluorescence observation system, and demagnetization system.
