Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries are one of CATL's key development focuses. As early as April this year, during the opening day of the Beijing International Auto Show, CATL announced the world's first lithium iron phosphate battery product with both a 1,000 km range and 4C ultra-fast charging capabilities—the Shunxing PLUS battery. CATL's CTO for the Domestic Passenger Vehicle Division, Gao Huan, releasedAt the meeting, it was noted that compared to the world's first lithium iron phosphate 4C ultra-fast charging Xing battery released in August last year, the XingPLUS battery has improved in both driving range and fast-charging performance. This battery offers a long-range of 1,000 kilometers and can recharge 600 kilometers in just 10 minutes, achieving a rapid energy replenishment rate of "1 kilometer per second."

The latest data released by the China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance shows that the combined output of power and other batteries in our country reached 117.8GWh in November, up 4.2% month-on-month and 33.3% year-on-year. Among them, lithium iron phosphate batteries accounted for 79.3%.
