The portable inverter frequency tester HC1000 is a professional instrument custom-developed for on-site maintenance and inspection of inverters, servo drives, and new energy applications. It helps engineers quickly understand the operating conditions of inverters and whether they meet normal working requirements.
This instrument employs a high-speed data acquisition system using Xilinx FPGA, enabling the measurement of various variable frequency inverter signals such as voltage, current, vibration, temperature, speed, torque, and wind speed. The software interface developed through LABVIEW software can display and record data in real-time, aiding users in assessing the actual application status of the variable frequency inverter.
Portable engineering enclosure design is suitable for various on-site applications, convenient for engineers to carry on-site, featuring high-capacity batteries that allow for operation without external power sources.
