Electrically heated reactor

The electrically heated reaction kettle features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, automatic temperature control without a boiler, and ease of use. It heats the conductive oil inside the jacket with an electric heating rod, raising the oil temperature to the required level, and then a temperature measuring controller shuts off the electric heating rod to maintain a constant temperature. It is applied in industries such as chemicals, food, natural flavorings, food additives, and light industry.

The reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The material and aperture can be customized according to the user's process requirements. Heating methods include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating. Jacket types include jacket type and external half-tube type, with flow guide devices in jacket oil heating types. Agitation types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, screw blade, and scraper types. High-speed types include dispersal impeller, turbine, high-shear, and propeller types, for customer process selection. Transmission types include standard motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed control motor, and inverter. Heat exchangers include trochoidal pinion, worm gear, and planetary stepless speed change types. Shaft seals include water-cooled filling material, combined Teflon filling material, and mechanical seals. Discharge types include ball valve and lower expansion valve.
