Full Steel Laboratory Bench

1. Top Surface: Constructed with a solid-core 12.7mm thick melamine board, the edges are reinforced to 25.4mm thick. The overall top surface boasts features such as resistance to strong acids and alkalis, non-toxic, odorless, antimicrobial, anti-aging, anti-mold, waterproof, and moisture-proof.

2. Cabinet (bottom, side, back panels): Made of 1.0mm thick Shanghai Baosteel hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder paint on an automatic production line, cured at high temperature, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. The protective layer passes the impact test for adhesion, offering a stable structure with good bearing capacity and ease of disassembly. It does not deform when the load is ≥500kg/㎡.

3. [Hinges] The hinges are made of corrosion-resistant steel profiles, offering noiseless operation and durability. They can withstand 100,000 cycles of opening and closing without failure.

4. [Track] Three-section black silent tracks, with good load-bearing capacity and durability; have passed destructive tests by authorized departments exceeding 30,000 times, and have also undergone a 48-hour acid mist test, demonstrating strong corrosion resistance.

5. Adjustable Combination Foot: Height adjustable from 0 to 15mm, each foot comes with a nut for stability. It features load-bearing, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and level adjustment functions, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and user-friendly design.
