Full Steel Lab Bench

1. Surface: Crafted from 12.7mm thick solid core melamine board with reinforced edges up to 25.4mm, the entire surface boasts advantages such as resistance to strong acids and alkalis, non-toxicity, odorless, antibacterial, anti-aging, anti-mold, waterproof, and moisture-proof.

2. Cabinet (bottom, side, back panels): Made of 1.0mm thick Shanghai Baosteel hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder spray through an automatic assembly line, high-temperature cured, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. The protective layer has passed the impact test for adhesion, offering a stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and easy disassembly. It does not deform under a load of ≥500kg/㎡.

3. [Hinges] Hinges are made of corrosion-resistant steel profiles, noiseless, durable, and can operate 100,000 times without failure.

4. [Guides] Three-section black silent guides, with good load-bearing capacity and durability; passed destructive tests by authorized departments exceeding 30,000 times, and also passed a 48-hour acid mist test, demonstrating strong corrosion resistance.

5. Adjustable Foot Assembly: Height adjustable from 0~15mm, each foot comes with a nut for stability. Features include load-bearing, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and level adjustment. The design is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
