[C-Steel Frame] Constructed with 60*40*1.2mm thick high-quality rectangular tubes connected, the surface is electrostatically powder coated with AkzoNobel epoxy resin, cured at high temperatures, and treated for resistance to acids and alkalis, corrosion. The coating thickness is ≥75μm, and the protective layer has passed impact adhesion testing. It does not deform under a load of ≥500kg/㎡.

[Cabinet] constructed with 18mm thick E1-rated melamine board, meeting national standards for formaldehyde emissions; all edges are sealed with hot melt glue and imported edge strips by an automatic high-temperature sealing machine, forming a seamless bond with the board, ensuring reliable adhesion, excellent moisture resistance, and durability; panel assembly utilizes a dismountable three-in-one connection, offering a stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and easy disassembly.

4. [Hinges] Selected high-quality DTC brand hinges, featuring flexibility, noiseless operation, durability, and a lifespan of 100,000 successful open/close cycles without failure.

5. [Track] Choose DTC three-section black silent tracks from a renowned brand, offering excellent load-bearing capacity and durability; has passed destructive testing over 30,000 times by authorized departments and 48-hour acid mist testing, demonstrating strong corrosion resistance.

6. [Handle]: U-shaped aluminum alloy handle or PP straight handle, stylish and durable, corrosion and stain resistant, colorfast.

7. Adjustable Foot Assembly: Height adjustable from 0~30mm, each foot comes with a nut for stability. It features load-bearing, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and level adjustment capabilities, with an aesthetically pleasing design and user-friendly engineering.
