1. Installed on the channels where oily wastewater flows, aligning the wastewater outlet directly with the oil-water separator.

2. The grille's import (debris separator) is sufficient; it can be connected to other equipment via pipes.

Ensure the oil-water separator is adjusted to a horizontal position during installation.

Before first use, fill the equipment with tap water, adjust the water level tank, ensuring that the top of the water level pipe is at the same level as the upper edge of the overflow槽.

The water intake pipe should be positioned a safe distance from the debris separator box for easy removal of the box.

6. Introduce oil-containing wastewater, then adjust the water level regulating pipe until the oil discharge pipe only discharges oil and not water.

If the oil drain pipe is positioned too low, you can open the equipment cover and remove the oil using a tool.

When releasing oil, first open the oil release valve to drain some water from the bottom, then collect the waste oil.

9. Once the regulating tube is adjusted, do not tamper with it carelessly as it may affect the water quality of the outflow.
