The production materials for filing cabinets typically consist of cold-rolled steel sheets, available in thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 1.0mm on the market. The price of the cabinets varies depending on the material thickness. The cold-rolled steel sheets are cut to different sizes using shearing machines. Depending on the specific filing cabinet model and its components (such as door panels, side panels, top, bottom, dividers, and back panels), the dimensions and styles of the cut steel plates also vary.

 The trimmed metal sheets are deburred using a press brake, with different cabinet parts (such as door panels, side panels, top, bottom, and partitions) requiring different deburring styles. Special molds are used for deburring. Larger factories typically operate on assembly lines. The deburred metal sheets are then bent using a bending machine, forming various shapes depending on the specific cabinet part.

After folding the side panels, top, middle board, bottom board, back panel, sliders, and partition uprights of the filing cabinet, they are spot-welded using a traceless spot welder. The products焊接出来 with a smooth surface, requiring no sanding or puttying. Depending on the design of the filing cabinet, different products are produced. At this point, the entire filing cabinet is complete.
