Second-hand electric furnaces, though not the latest models, can still perform well with proper operation and use. They also help reduce equipment failures and extend the lifespan of the appliance.

1. Bake upon first use (oven requires drying for over 2 months), typically bake at 300℃ for 3-5 hours.

Do not heat up too quickly when in use; generally, it should be below 5°C.

The electric furnace should be placed horizontally and must not be moved during the heating process.

When installing the electric furnace power supply, strictly follow the instructions to select the circuit breaker and wiring.

During the operation of the atmosphere furnace, cool water is circulated to prevent overheating that may cause the sealing rings to age.

6. After quenching furnace is heated up, the furnace door should be closed upon opening.
