Insulator Sintering Mold
Graphite molds for capacitor insulator sintering; thick film and thin film integrated circuit insulator sintering; sintering molds for various types of transistors, silicon rectifiers, and thyristor sockets; as well as for ultra-small relays, connectors, and other component insulator sintering molds.
Graphite materials with fine particle sizes are highly demanded in the semiconductor industry due to their high precision, resistance to high temperatures, high strength, and minimal wear. Examples include sintering graphite products used for molds. Since the graphite equipment used in the semiconductor industry (including heaters and sintering molds) must withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles, it is typically required that the graphite materials used possess stable performance and thermal shock resistance. To meet these various requirements, China has also developed a series of graphite materials suitable for the semiconductor industry.
