To prevent over-oxidation, as thermal oil is prone to oxidation reactions at high temperatures in heat carriers, leading to deterioration, nitrogen protection should be applied to the high-temperature expansion tank to ensure the system's sealed integrity and avoid contact with air, thereby extending the service life of the thermal oil.
