After cleaning the internal and channel cavities of the impeller, remove the inner hexagonal bolts securing the wear-resistant blocks, remove the worn blocks, loosen the screws securing the wear-resistant plates, and then hammer them into the impeller. Remove the channel plate from the center of the impeller in the same manner. When installing the channel plate, first weigh it, then install an equal-weight set of weights inside the impeller to maintain balance. Install the wear-resistant blocks in the same way. The weights of the impact blocks, wear-resistant plates, wear-resistant blocks, and channel plates are equal to ensure balanced operation of the impeller.
3.Calibration and balancing of the impeller. Prior to calibration, remove all vulnerable parts mounted on the impeller, create a leveling shaft passing through the center hole of the impeller, and make a level support. Place the impeller with the leveling shaft on it, with bearings and a shaft box at both ends of the leveling shaft for smooth operation. Generally, after two calibrations, the impeller will rotate randomly a few times until it stops rotating in the same position each time.
4.The assembly of sand-making machine impeller and cover. Assemble each set of weight-matching wear parts onto the calibrated impeller and secure with screws. Mount the impeller to the upper shaft end of the sand-making equipment bearing housing, align with the distribution cone, and secure with hexagon screws. Position the hanger and secure with screws. Fix the sealing gasket at the connection between the machine cover and housing. Return the sand-making equipment cover to its original position and secure with screws. Close the observation hole door, and assemble the impeller and cover.
