The composition of lightning rod tower equipment systems for transmission line towers by the manufacturer
(1) The transmission tower for overhead transmission lines includes both horizontal and vertical towers. The vertical transmission tower, measuring 60m in height and 42m in width, can bear a total load of 1500 kN; the horizontal loading tower, standing at 54m, can support a total load of 2762 kN.
Transmission Line Tower Equipment: Hydraulic cylinders are loaded, with the longitudinal hydraulic system equipped with 20 cylinders, each with a loading capacity of 400kN (8 sets) and 200kN (6 sets), and the transverse hydraulic loading system is fitted with 16 cylinders, each with a loading capacity of 400kN (4 sets), 200kN (6 sets), and 120kN (6 sets).
(3) Measurement Equipment: Simultaneously applies closed-loop automatic coordination loading to 64 loading channels according to the computer-set load spectrum, with a measurement cycle of 0.5 seconds and loading error of ±1%; strain measurement employs computerized measurement of 80 strain points, with real-time monitoring at 8 measurement points; displacement measurement utilizes total station equipment.
(4) Assembly Equipment: 1 set of 80kN and 1 set of 300kN track-mounted cranes.
(5) Surveillance Equipment: Equipped with 16 video surveillance systems.
