Decorative steel tower structures with lightning protection, anti-personnel, and other achievements on the roof, there are significant differences between the ordinary towers, especially in terms of materials. Decorative towers usually consist of Q235, Q345, 16Mn steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with lengths ranging from 1.5M to 12M.
The metal rods of the decorative tower are suspended using submerged arc welding, with the surface handles being thermally sprayed with galvanized steel plates. Wind load: 45 kg/mh. The welding is even, smooth, strong, and reliable. Surface: diameter, conical, adjustable. Basic layout: path traffic signal posts, sign posts should be extremely connected flanges, shaped arms, mounted flanges, and embedded steel structures. The decorative tower should be sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding static stress, electrical stress, and thermal stress.
The quality of the decorative tower layout components should meet the following requirements: the height deviation should not exceed ±200mm; the cross-sectional size deviation should not exceed ±3mm; the axis displacement of the decorative tower installed later should be less than ±5mm; the verticality deviation should be less than 1/1000 of the tower height; the size of the decorative tower should be harmonious, with the truss tower body and the lighthouse lifting providing good guidance and positioning. The connection bolts of the steel structure should be simply unified, with the specifications being M16, and the links should have anti-loosening measures and be robust. The welds during the welding of the decorative tower should meet the dimensional requirements, with the surface being smooth, free of pores, slag, welding defects, and lack of welds. Under conditions of wind load strength, the top displacement of the decorative tower (approximately) should be not less than 1/200 of the tower height.
