For many transmission equipment, the gear reducer is one of the widely used devices. Among the numerous gear reducer equipment, the reducer is a compactly structured transmission mechanism with a high transmission ratio and, under certain conditions, features an automatic locking function. It is one of the commonly used reducers.
Gear reducers mainly include cylindrical worm reducers, arc face worm reducers, conical worm reducers, and worm-gear reducers, with the cylindrical worm reducer being the most commonly used. There are two types: the standard cylindrical worm and the arc-tooth cylindrical worm. Among them, the hollow shaft worm gear reducer not only possesses the above features but also is easy to install and has a reasonable structure, thus gaining wider application.
Adding a bevel gear reducer to the input end of the worm and worm gear reducer creates a multi-stage reducer capable of achieving extremely low output speeds. This combination of bevel and worm gears offers higher efficiency compared to a single-stage gear reducer. Additionally, it features reduced vibration, low noise, and low energy consumption.
