To ensure safe and economical use of lifting equipment and to prolong its lifespan, proper maintenance, lubrication, and care of the lifting equipment are essential.

One: Maintenance and Care of Hoisting Equipment

1. Regular inspection and adjustment of brake pads and brake discs are required to ensure flexibility and reliability: the gap should be maintained between 0.5-1mm, and there should be no debris on the friction surface. If debris is present, it must be cleaned with gasoline or a solvent.

The lubrication for various parts such as the gearbox, transmission, and external pinion, as well as the hydraulic oil, is carried out according to the specifications in the lubrication table.

3. Ensure to inspect all wire ropes for any loose strands or broken wires. If any exceed the specified limits, they must be immediately replaced. The maintenance and care of wire ropes should be strictly adhered to the GB51144-85 regulations.

4. Regularly inspect the connection status of all departments. If any looseness is found, it should be tightened. The connection bolts of the tower body should be checked for tightness when the tower body is under pressure. This can be achieved by using the rotating boom arm to create a compressed state. All connecting pins must be fitted with cotter pins, and they must be spread open.

Regularly inspect the operation of all machinery for proper functioning and noise levels; promptly address any malfunctions that are detected.

6. When installing, removing, and adjusting the swivel mechanism, ensure that the centerline of the small gear of the swivel mechanism is parallel to the large gear of the swivel bearing, with at least 70% of the meshing surface and appropriate meshing clearance.

Hydraulic Jacking System Maintenance and Care

1. Refuel or change hydraulic oil strictly according to the specifications in the lubrication table, and clean the interior of the oil tank.

After adjusting the pressure of the relief valve, it must not be altered at will. Before each lift, oil pressure should be checked to ensure the pressure is normal.

Ensure that all joints are regularly inspected for firmness and tightness, with no oil leakage allowed.

4. Regularly inspect the oil filter for blockages, and check if the adjustment value of the safety valve has changed after use.

5. Oil pump and cylinder control valves should be promptly inspected and repaired if leakage is detected.

Upon the first startup of the oil pump after assembly and major overhaul, check if the inlet and outlet are reversed, verify the rotation direction, inspect for any air leaks in the suction pipeline, and then start and test run within the specified speed range.

During winter startup, it is necessary to start and stop the engine several times in a back-and-forth motion. Only after the oil temperature rises and the control valve operates smoothly should the engine be used officially.

Three: Maintenance and care of the electrical system.

1. Regularly inspect all wires and cables for damage and promptly wrap and replace any damaged sections. If an electric motor overheats, stop it immediately, rectify the fault, and then continue operation. Ensure the motor bearings are well-lubricated.

2. Ensure the contact surfaces of all brush parts are kept clean, and adjust the brush pressure to ensure the contact area is no less than 50%.

3. Ensure that all control cabinets, distribution boxes, and other electrical equipment are kept clean and dust is promptly removed.

4. The contact points of the travel switches for all safety devices must be reliable, and the arc坑 on the contacts should be timely ground smooth.
