The exhaust fan features a traditional horizontal structure, with the blade and casing not sealed properly, leading to oil accumulation at the bottom of the casing and severe oil leakage between the blade shaft and the casing. The fan is a standard centrifugal type, experiencing either insufficient power or excessive vacuum, causing water to enter the oil, emulsifying the turbine oil, corroding the oil pipeline system, and malfunctioning of regulating components, posing a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit. Due to excessive vacuum, a large amount of turbine oil is extracted, resulting in oil spewing at the exhaust port, causing waste and affecting the电厂's civil production. Additionally, due to the excessive vacuum, a large amount of shaft seal steam leaks into the bearing housing and flows back into the main oil tank through the return oil main pipe, condensing into water during the return process, contaminating the turbine oil with water, emulsifying the oil quality, and posing a risk to the safe production of the unit. Furthermore, traditional fans only consider installing exhaust equipment on the main oil tank, neglecting the bearing housing, which causes easy accumulation of smoke and oil inside, leading to oil leakage from the oil baffles. Therefore, it is imperative to modify the exhaust fan.
