The condenser features manhole covers on the upper shell, water chamber, and hot well for maintenance purposes.
The internal pipes of the cylinder are fixed to the end pipe plate using expansion or expansion welding methods, with a partition supporting the pipes to prevent upward deflection and resonance. The tube bundle arrangement employs HEI-6 design technology, which is an internationally recognized standard. The condensers designed with this technology are centrifugal in steam flow, arc-shaped in layout, and triangularly arranged. Their features include low steam resistance and low supercooling.
The restraint in the middle features a wide steam channel directly from imported hot water wells, with the tubes on both sides arranged in a strip pattern. Outside the strip, there are additional sections of pipes subjected to steam cleaning. Stainless steel pipes are used, and steam baffles are placed between the steam channels to prevent steam short-circuiting.
