The ball collection process of the胶球清洗装置 typically involves the following steps:
Preparation Stage. Before commencing the ball collection operation, it is essential to ensure that the rubber ball cleaning unit is properly installed and ready. This involves checking that the pump, motor, pipes, and valves are functioning correctly, as well as verifying that there are sufficient rubber balls in the ball loading room.
The startup process. Set the local control box to manual mode, close the ball intake grille, open the ball room outlet valve and the rubber ball pump inlet gate, start the rubber ball pump, and open the rubber ball pump outlet gate.
Insert rubber balls. Introducing rubber balls typically involves switching the ball chamber valve, which entails positioning the ball collection net to a specific location, such as the "+25° ball collection cleaning" position, and ensuring the electric ball chamber switch valve is set to the "ball cleaning" position.
During the cleaning process, the flow of the rubber balls can be observed through the inspection holes to ensure the device is functioning properly.
The ball collection operation. After a period of cleaning (such as 60 minutes), switch the electric ball loading room valve to the ball collection unit. At this point, the rubber balls will gradually accumulate in the electric ball loading room for collection.
Operation complete. After collecting the balls, close the outlet door of the ball pump, shut the outlet door of the ball loading room, and calculate the collection rate. If the collection rate is not high, a second collection can be conducted.
Additionally, there is a specific ball collection device, which consists of a collection chamber, a power mechanism, a collection net component, and a rotating mechanism. This device maintains its position through water flow impact and forms a tight fit with the collection cylinder, effectively resolving the issue of ball leakage.
