Why is the oxygen content in the oxygen scavenger export increasing?

Today, the oxygen removal equipment manufacturer explains the reasons behind the increased oxygen content in the oxygen removal equipment for export. Many users are unaware that the oxygen removal equipment nozzle is assembled in the factory and installed inside an arched container on top of the water tank.
The deaerator consists of a deaeration tower and a lower storage tank. Inside the tower, there is a sieve-like porous water tray. Condensate from the condensate pump and other non-condensable gases enter the tower through upper pipes, disperse into tiny droplets over the sieve-like porous water tray, and fall down. Steam extracted from the steam turbine enters the lower part of the deaerator and moves upwards, coming into contact with the falling droplets for heat exchange. This heats the water to saturation temperature, causing gases in the water to separate and escape, which are then removed through the exhaust pipe at the top of the tower. The condensate flows into the lower storage tank. The steam-gas mixture discharged from the deaerator is cooled in the surplus steam cooler, recovers some of the working substance and a portion of the heat, and is then released into the atmosphere.
The deaerator is a typical horizontal cylindrical vessel, equipped with spray nozzles and steam distribution devices, used for storing condensed water that requires deaeration and discharging deaerated condensed water into the boiler feed pump. The main reasons for the increase in oxygen content at the deaerator outlet are the sudden increase in unit load, the rise in pressure within the deaerator, the decrease in water temperature entering the deaerator, or an excessive volume of water entering the deaerator, resulting in high oxygen content in the condensate, a low steam intake into the deaerator, and a small opening of the deaerator exhaust valve.
